🤨 On 30 April 2025, the @ebrd.bsky.social approved an USD 80 million loan to MHP, but only disclosed it four months later. Ongoing complaints from Vinnytsia (Ukraine) locals about pollution, road impacts, and cracked homes remain unresolved.
