PB: Any smooth peanut butter with "Peanuts, salt" as the only ingredients
Jam: Strawberry preserves
Ratio: 15% more jam than PB. The extra is a dollop in the center of the Sandwich so that it doesn't squeeze out. (My secret to top-tier pb&j's)
Cut: None
