Hey @tpexpresstrains.bsky.social what’s going on with my delay repay claim? First you try not to pay out for my 32 minute delay. Then following my appeal you grudgingly admit I was late, but say it was less than 29 minutes. And now I can’t even appeal that! Not very customer-friendly!
