Day 3: #ImagingPrinciplesOfLife electron microscopy

We heard talks from Jana Rudá Kučerová on how different substances affect brain function, and Jarmila Navrátilová on her collaboration with the Centre for Biomedical Image Analysis.

We explored posters from across Czech Republic, and saw the #Tomocube in action with expert guidance from Daniel Ghete & Lenka Šídová #SVENBioLabs. 👏

Big thanks to Baubak Bajoghli #AustrianBioImaging for his inspiring talk on the power of collaboration. 🤝

Tereza Přerovská #MUNI_SCI wowed us with stunning #confocal images of Arabidopsis thaliana, showcasing how imaging drives plant research. 🌱

Day 2: #ImagingPrinciplesOfLife

We kicked off with a fantastic talk by Klára Cigošová #MUNI_MED on the BEE-ST method, developed by Marcos G López in Jan Krivanek’s group showing its power with #MicroCT and #Lightsheet imaging. 🔬

We are also happy to showcase the image of mouse embryo motor nerves acquired by Josef Lavicky on our Lightsheet7 microscope.
We heard about amazing research behind it from Alena today.
