Very unusual election and very unusual weather today. (18 degrees during morning rush hour). We had somewhat better turnout in Jan 2023 for the Providence special election for House of Delegates: Seibold vs Baroudi. Total Turnout was 18.63%. But the weather was much warmer on thar Election Day.
