BrazilSky member here. I've learned to make those Brigadeiros in my cooking lessons recently, so I've tried to translate the recipe to English as best as I could.

The type of cream has proved extremely difficult to translate

Worth nothing that RED silicone spatulas are not means for sweets, and can melt with stuff like caramel) Mix in a Non-Stick Pot so it doesn't stick: 395g of Condensed Milk, Semi-skimmed, 6% or 7% fat (A whole small carton) Around 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder (70%) 100g of sour/heavy whipping/table cream, HALF AND HALF CREAM. 17% fat (NOT cooking cream) (Half a small carton) (WHY IS THIS INGREDIENT SO HARD TO TRANSLATE?!?!?!!!) 1 teaspoon of corn syrup (*Optional.** It increases the time it lasts without losing flavor, and makes the result softer) (WET SPOON BEFORE TRYING TO DO THIS OR IT'LL STICK TO THE SPOON) ----- Bring it to a low heat and stir continuously until, when you lift the spoon, the mixture falls as pieces instead of liquid. Cut the mixture in half with the spoon and see if it takes at least 3 seconds to come together completely. If both are happening, remove from heat. Spread it on a shallow container and cover it with a clean plastic sheet. Make sure to leave as little air as possible under the plastic, and make it as close to airtight as you can. For best flavor, let it cool at room temperature for 6 hours. For speed, place in the freezer for 1 hour Once it has cooled, apply (plenty of) butter to your hands so the "dough" doesn't stick to them. Take small pieces of dough and roll them into balls in your hands. (I use a scale to make them all 13g) Dip the balls in sprinkles and roll them to make sure they are covered. Roll them in your hands for a few more seconds to make sure they are round. They're ready to serve. They're usually presented in those little paper crown thingies. "
