BUT some people are getting through to their reps (I’ve seen video proof!), so if you can call/write, then please do so!

I, personally, contact them daily anyways, so it is always my go-to and I feel like it shows people care about what’s happening.

I do understand that it maybe and may feel futile at the moment.

I also want to point out that calling/writing your rep may lead no where because a lot of their staff that would read/answer calls is not consider essential during the shutdown.
