Ahh yeah I totally get what you mean!! It's typically a waiting game, but I really love Chibi Chop Shop to buy individual parts! Otherwise I think sometimes factory reject parts (usually paint or finish defects which are perfect for customization) are sold on AliExpress!

She's a combination of a lot of different parts! the dress part is the miraculously similar uniform from yuru yuri & I built out from there!! if there are particular parts you are curious about I can look them up though! :)
