this might not be what helps you cope but i rlly suggest you search for what can help bc i assure you that no matter how small it may seem, there's something you can do to protect yourself and the ones you love

i feel u, and i'm glad i finally found a therapist that didnt just pull this shit lol

our fears are real and as valid as any others and i think the best things i can do to soothe them is to know im doing what i can to fight against those that are putting me and others i care abt in danger.

i can't think of any words to say but know i watched this and enjoyed it.
