Without realizing, I just had one of the best ever Brasserie Cantillon expérience - really loved the combination of the 3 blends ex Rum. Cognac and Marsala. The Blend was bottled in 2021, which reinforces my conviction that these special beers reach top specs after 3/4 years of correct ageing.
