I posted a thread a few days ago about AI (duckduckgo; google) inventing book titles/synopsis'. The authors of the "books" appear to be real people (though only a few are actually authors).
I wonder if not just "wrong," but "blatant, make stuff up wrong" is a deliberate algorithm.

Cello concert Sat before last. Everyone was masked. And completely chill about it. It was a great night and I'm feeling confident about doing more shows the same way.

Last weekend I organized/performed in a cello concert. Masks required; sold out show. People were completely chill about it; zero weird vibe.
