Tariffs are paid by the PURCHASING entity. While high tariffs might impact the PRODUCING entity by reducing sales, if the purchaser has no other source, they will be forced to pay the higher price. The producers will make more. The purchasers will make less.

I am very happy about Anthem’s reversal of the ridiculous decision to put time limits on anesthesia. I had a hysterectomy on 11/21 and the procedure, which normally takes an hour, took two hours. I have Anthem through my employer. I could have been out of pocket for an hour of necessary treatment.

I went to my two week follow up for my surgery today. Whilst waiting for my doctor, I was sent to WHAMhalla by the office Christmas music. Follow up was good. Recovery is proceeding apace, other than the fact I am #whammed.
