Defendants in that case (incl. MN) should raise this immediately if Bondi sent that letter as it's described, as a response to this murder, making threats and explicitly tying it to if the state caves in ongoing litigation. That is... to even call it obstruction falls short of the gravity of it.

This isn’t something to put off indefinitely until after the current crisis. Establishing representative multi-party democracy in the United States is an essential part of fixing how we got here and how we get out of it moving forward.
