Thank you! I usually buy Mission or Epic (or from the bodega at the end of my street), but so many new brands have come out lately... I don't know how much you can do taste wise to warrant all the new brands, but it will be fun to see!

My body is a struggle because every problem I have contradicts the recommendations for another problem. But y'all, look how balanced this meal is! It is so tasty and so filling and I feel good after eating it.

Serve it a bowl, use your fingers, and get messy. That's how my grandpa served them. The kids would emerge with stained faces and shirts, and our furious aunties (who had used knives and forks) would have towels and bowl of water ready to go on the table to scrub our faces clean. Let it fall apart!

What did y'all bake? I kept walking back and forth in front of our cookbook shelf this afternoon, looking at "100 Cookies" and making myself sad by leaving it in its place.

You don't need an intervention! The sex worker and a church set of idioms is my favorite! They're classic! I use "I'm sweating like a whore in church" all the time.

Did you see the Korean film it is based on "Save the Green Planet"? If so, any thoughts on how the two compare? StGP is one of my favorite movies, so I'm hesitant to go see it unless I know Bugonia can stick the landing.

I know there's a lot of intricacies in your situation and I wish I was there to help. I have some health things coming up that are going to require physical therapy/discipline requiring things that I'm no good at. Maybe we could be each other's pep squad/check-in buddies as we try to get better?
