i've set and tweaked event forwarding to splunk, thus needing to get further in the weeds than most, but admittedly i haven't extensively used it for troubleshooting (kind of incidental; i'll use anything to correlate stuff and hunt an issue, but it's been awhile since i needed windows events)

it's interesting that the answer to even the best "well actuallys" (e.g. "I'm truly trying hard to live that way and don't know why I fail") is simply "Just live this way; keep trying to figure it out, keep looking for help, keep asserting that this is what you're doing." No need for excuses.

i took so much ibuprofen/ triptans when i was getting bad headaches every day with acute migraines like 7~8/month i was told it was causing them. eventually given steroids+2wks cold turkey, now w/ a new more modern preventative and better abortive my life is so different. like 3-5 *headaches*/month
