Yes i understand that but it is wrong - the tax is ridiculous! At my age i should be able to access as much as i want as it is not my fault i have been a fulltime carer.

Thats me! Im in my 50s have been a carer since 2012, have under 40k in super - which will be gone in fees by the time im old enough to get it - wish i could get it now because it would help us a fair bit.
