This jaw-dropping special, rounding up Private Eye’s years of investigation into the Teesside regeneration debacle, is the kind of proper, public interest reporting that should be setting the news agenda. While we’re force-fed relentless scaremongering about refugees, real scandals evade scrutiny.

Jason Moore, currently fighting an East End murder conviction, has backed MPs' calls for Karen Kneller, chief exec of the CCRC, to resign.

After 18 months waiting for his case to be dealt with, he said the body had sent him to 'the depths of despair'.

Lovely morning at the launch event for @steadmanart.bsky.social’s INKling exhibition, Heath Robinson Museum (5min walk from Pinner station, Metropolitan Line).

Stunning original artworks from Alice in Wonderland, Treasure Island, Animal Farm, Hunter S Thompson collabs & more.

Highly recommended.

Finally got to the Ralph Steadman INKling exhibition at the Historic Royal Dockyard Chatham.

Seeing some of the original artworks up close, in full size - like Alice in Wonderland and Treasure Island - their intricacy was extraordinary.
