Same in south central PA when I lived there - an inch of snow forecast and everything shut down. As a New Englander, I couldn't understand it until I saw how ppl there drove in the snow. (stopping at stop signs was optional, etc) I didn't want my kids on a school bus anywhere near those idiots.
