We loved welcoming colleagues and speakers to our Diversity Training Day today.

From exploring neurodiversity in the workplace, to a wide-ranging session on racism and far-right politics, to deaf inclusion, and even a touch of magic 🎩, it was a day of learning and sharing.

Today, we attended Navigating Conversations about Migration, delivered by Katy Allen from Act Now NI.

The workshop encouraged open discussion and gave us practical tools for navigating complex conversations with confidence.
