Eagles LB Nolan Smith and the defensive line will need to get consistent pressure on Rams QB Matthew Stafford to disrupt the Rams' passing attack. In the first 2 games of the season, Stafford has completed 45.5% of his passes (10 of 22) when he was under pressure (via @PFF).

A lot can change in a year. Sportsbetting.ag released their odds today on who will be the first NFL head coach fired. Nick Sirianni is at the bottom of the list coming off the Super Bowl win (500-1). On August 26 last year, he was 6th on the list, going 10-1. #Eagles

Eagles defensive back Cooper DeJean had a strong showing at teammate DeVonta Smith’s celebrity softball game.
DeJean won the game’s MVP award, captured the Home Run Derby title, and made two standout defensive plays, including one where he fell into a fence to make a catch.

Something of note regarding the Eagles: In the video the team posted today of the Saquon Barkley to Cooper DeJean alley-oop, linebacker Nakobe Dean does not have a brace on and is not wearing crutches. Still a decent road ahead of him, but a good sign.

WR Julio Jones announced his retirement on Friday. Jones was one of six players who were part of the 2010s All-Decade Team, seven if you count Darren Sproles as both a running back and punt returner. It's eight if you count Frank Gore (kidding). #Eagles
