Recently I started writing in a journal. I guess it helps me with my emotions and feelings, but I still feel like I’m holding a lot back.

I guess I thought I was doing okay for a long time, but maybe I’ll be stuck in a constant, vicious cycle of struggling with self acceptance and self worth.
