Thanks, John. This is a point-and-shoot photograph that was taken with my cellphone camera, a Google Pixel 6. I was fortunate that the patterns on the Harvestman were the kind that were recognized by the camera app, so it looks like a macro shot.

For me, calculus is like that. At one point I understood the math, but never "felt" how it applied to reality. The closest I came was when I realized that Newton's laws of motion could be derived from each other, and oddly, no teacher ever talked about that in class.
