The European Union is concerned about the idea of splitting the world into 3 spheres of rule. If Russia does indeed invade Europe, would the US assist the EU? If Trump believes in this policy, we would not help the EU.

There is a plan being discussed to split the world into 3 areas of rule, with the US controlling the Western Hemisphere, Russia controlling Europe and Africa, and China the rest. Trump seems to be moving on this plan.
