Trump wants us to “run” Venezuela and Greenland. What does that even mean? I can think of some shithole US states that would be better off run by Denmark. West Virginia and Mississippi come to top of mind. Start negotiating from there.

I’m having a Caribbean sojourn. One thing stands out: France, the Netherlands, Colombia, Honduras, and Panama treat their island citizens much better than the US does its own island citizens. Impressive disaster recovery and building back with sustainability. Meanwhile, PR & the USVI are shat on.
