Fun fact about United: my dad had a stroke. I went to get coffee and came back to his room to find a person explaining his insurance wouldn’t pay for his bed while he waited for a physical therapy spot to open up. He couldn’t understand her and couldn’t speak. We should be hosting fucking parades
