They've been trying. They have failed. The offensive line is bad. That doesn't help. All of these decisions are controlled by Tomlin. He's the only constant for 18 years.

The Steelers haven't been serious contenders in 8 years. Most coaches don't get 3 years of failure. I'm a Tomlin fan, but it may be time. The NFL is an offense-first league, and Tomlin can't or won't evolve.
