Only the ignorant minimize the power & importance of environment to spur on a thriving human life. Perpetuating poverty so that billionaires profit will come home to roost: they will regret that they allowed greed to drive them.

The world is currently run by emotional teenagers who never developed the capacity to glean the wisdom from their emotions instead of being a walking unconscious reaction to them.
Men who do the work to feel their emotions, not repress them, & use the wisdom of them to lead can be good leaders.

Totally agree AND it also isn’t that simple. Women also have egos, albeit to your point they tend to do a better job at managing them. Why? Because they don’t repress their emotions.
