I just wanted to give an alternative to what was incredibly detrimental to me. I live in such a highly populated area. Packed aisles and people bumping into me or asking for help would make me nauseous. No space, loud noises/people, lack of flow. Ugh.

My hands would be sweating and nausea would rise. Even with a list, I'd forget things and cry in the car when I know I needed the product for the night. And I'd keep waiting until I had absolutely no choice because there was barely any food.

One big thing for me was grocery shopping. Online shopping has helped my mental health and I expose myself more by going in intervals to the store without an objective.
