March Comes in Like a Lion (hasn't concluded yet) is pretty nice. Hell's Paradise is another one I enjoyed. I could think of more if you have any themes or genres in mind.

Bocchi The Rock obviously tops the list for me. Jujutsu Kaisen S1 with its original electronic soundtrack makes for great background music.
