The only outfit in the state of Maine that will even try to fix it is Sears, finally after coming out five times our guy Tim said "just buy a new one." Four years old!

Is that a Bosch???? We are dealing with the same thing- it's been an 8 month odyssey. Also my wife says "we put the same knobs on our old oak cabinets!"

BU, BC, Minnesota, Michigan, etc. could always get 18 year old NHL draft picks. Now they just get more. Maine, Quinnipiac, St. Cloud State, etc. always relied on more physically mature 20-21 year olds to compete. Now they just get more of those guys. It is as it ever was, just with more talent.

Hey cool college hockey chat! One other reason that I think everyone is pretty chill about the major junior eligibility issue is that it hasn't changed the overall identity dynamics within the sport.

Are there times where you feel like the college sports you loved is nearing a point of no return? Not in a "don't pay the kids" way, obviously. But more in a "how much of the history and joy in this can they suck out of it?" kind of way.
