YES. I worked for a local nonprofit, and now volunteer there weekly after my retirement. If you really just can't make the time, unrestricted financial gifts are another great way to help. A recurring donation is no harder to set up than a Hulu subscription.
I am dead serious and not trying to sound preachy even tho that is perhaps unavoidable but: if you are still despairing about the second Trump presidency and all it will mean, don’t give up on politics but also something good for your mental health if you’re not already doing it is to volunteer…
