If it was by a registered psych, it can 100% be a real diagnosis. Ask them for the details on paper and what you could do from this point to seek medication or other accommodations. I had to get screened and then referred to another psych for long-term medication management.

I can only handle like 2 social media max for this reason, and even then I still neglect my tumblr.
