Slightly disappointed with my Dunkel attempt (keg). A tad ‘metallic’ and not carbonated even after two weeks at 15psi 😢

I do like a walk even if it’s just a trudge down to the local. Wish I had your flair on the cooking front. Mine is much more of an egg & chips venue. But I have just saved your Chicken Arrabbiata for when I feel inspired👍🏻

Well. On balance, I think it’s a fairly normal. It’s a grim time of year for anyone who likes being outside. My forecast is an OK breakfast, dull midday, then picking up in the afternoon with a couple of pints 🍻

Cannot get my head around how, when they built Stonehenge , they had accurate enough time keeping to know it was a solstice 🤔. But yea, grim out there today but nice walk to get some cheese and a couple of beers 👍🏻. Happy solstice all 🍻
