I came off my bike on Monday and fractured two ribs and bruised myself badly. I walked Parkrun today with a lovely tail walker, and a friend who is getting over a knee operation. Parkrun is such a great organisation for mental health. So lovely to get up and out #parkrun

We were on the way to Parkrun this morning discussing the fact that Mum & Dad (Strava & Garmin) aren’t getting divorced after all.
We were speculating which one is mum, and which one is dad.
Garmin definitely came out as dad! In and out, no after activity nurturing / caring 🤣. Any other thoughts?
