today in my new computer quest i narrowed down my laptop spec options, only to learn that they’re putting liquid metal into recent gaming laptops for more efficient cooling, with its own unique set of technical risks and went down the research rabbit hole and now i feel like this guy

recently i rediscovered an otome game ost from 2010. i played the game when i was still studying japanese on my own, so i started listening to the ost today for some work tunes. but i have to stop for a moment because i need to mention that the tokyo yamanote boys ost goes far harder than it should.

stayed up too late doing a small proof of concept for portraits/expressions and implementing them... i think i'd prefer to do a few different poses rather than a standard one with different expressions, but it'd probably be feasible to do a few expressions per pose...

tried making nova and elf in the new blue protocol. nova looks... peeled and sauceless but i'll probably play her if i have the motivation to play more. elf is also this. she can't be an elf here so what's the point!!!!

recently i started learning how to use fl studio. but every time i'm done watching a basic music theory lesson i end up applying what i have learned in garageband instead.... this is one of those times

the thing about the nice pink dyes is that they tend to be very expensive/in high demand... so i think i will probably focus on the blues. but i'll probably keep the few pink-coordinated outfits she does have left as they are, since she can still pull them off very well.

messing with elf styles today. i notice a lot of players go all in with color schemes that match their character so i've been trying to focus on one for elf. the blues and whites are nice for her, so i'm trying to collect a bunch of dark blue dye, but she also does pink/white very well too...

went on a little impromptu adventure in the city yesterday and passed by a giant sesame street store that they must’ve opened in the last year or so… i didn’t realize it was popular here!! i finally looked at their cafe website and nearly lost it at this limited edition oscar the grouch shaved ice
