I know when my pictures are finished even though a bit of me wants to fiddle with them I have to walk away or I'd never finish any of them. Sometimes I'll leave whole undone bits but a little voice says stop. For instance my Perky Suspiria picture has limbs missing. Perhaps appropriately.

I have a maths degree, I doubt I’ve used much more than A-Level maths in my 40 years in the videogame industry, but I almost certainly would not be working in that industry if I hadn’t have been exactly where I was because of doing that degree when I got my first job.
