It might be my incomplete sampling of news sources, but I have no sense that Americans are redirecting their spending from the major fascist players/oligarchs/red states. We get a lot of news about Canada's impact on tourism and some products (e.g., booze), yet little about internal (US) dynamics.

While the "No Kings" protests are great, Americans have waited too long, and it seems the numbers are far too low to have any impact. The corrupt psychopaths in DC will spend the evening planning Sunday brunch.

Becoming increasingly clear we’re gonna have to build a parallel infrastructure for all the media we really love. The reason all of this is happening under the color of law is hyperconsolidation, dissent being traded straight up for merger approval, or fear of harassment.
