During the past year, I've gained more control of my OCD. Something I do to resist my compulsions is to allow things to get slightly messy or disorganized sometimes. For me, it's all about accepting uncertainty, releasing some control, and reminding myself that life can be messy, and that's okay.

It breaks my heart when I see gay people claim they are no longer gay because they were saved by Christ. Being gay is not a choice, and it's not something that can be changed. I wish they could reject this harmful programming. You don't have to live in shame.

It's hard to believe I released my first EP a month ago, and I'm halfway done with my next project already.
I want to make sure I'm satisfied with the final product because I believe in quality over quantity. But, I'm so excited to share what I've been working on!

There are some good Christians out there, but referring to the bad one's specifically...
I think part of the reason they have such an issue with homosexuality is because they have a problem with genuine love, which is ironically supposed to be the foundation and basis of their entire religion.

Some people don't want to see your growth, they want the unhealed version of you. They don't want you to defend yourself, set boundaries or make healthy choices. They refuse to grow themselves, so now they see you as difficult because you actually stand on something and no longer tolerate nonsense.

Being a musician, you have to deal with a discouraging social media landscape where it's all about promotion and marketability. The issue is that most of us are artists, not influencers. So many of us are overlooked and remain undiscovered. But, the important thing is believing in your art!

Because equality and human rights are under attack. ICE is terrorizing local communities and ripping families apart. Homelessness is being criminalized. Healthcare is inaccessible. People are starving and can't afford their rent. Our planet is dying, etc.
