Bonus: I also blame CEO Doug McMillion bending the knee to Trump. Layoff happened around Tariffs and Trump told Walmart to eat the costs. So cost cutting measures had to come from somewhere. Ya know what? Prices at Walmart STILL went up. Coffee $8-$19. A credenza i got: $168-$198. Rollback my ass. 🙄

4/4: I can’t even get a recruiter call back where I’m qualified and I’ve tailored my resume, used different “ATS” templates. Had others read my resume. I’m worried I’ll loose my house that I worked hard to gain if I don’t get a job soon. But vent aside, I am focused and ready for a new challenge.

3/4: so yes I’m pissed! When she (head of creative) kept all her Twitter folks who some aren’t even good at their jobs, doing TikTok’s around the office. My insiders tell me the new director for my old team is just bad at their job. Mind you my role was “no long available to me” due to restructure.

2/4: I want to be clear, I love the team I was on, my director was amazing, people I built the team with, also amazing. I can only assume our head of creative had to make “the tough decisions” to choose who got cut. All veterans were cut. So years of unvested RSUs? Lost. Plans for 2026? Evaporated.
