We’ve had a good experience with “Cloudprober” for pinging random things/simple synthetic tests. Scraping with Prometheus and shipping to DD for the dev teams to have better visibility into network shenanigans

LogicMonitor for our official NMS (Very unimpressed) TIG with gNMI streaming is something we’re testing, and have been pretty impressed with (Also lower CPU load than SNMP scraping)
