I don't know who needs to hear this, but the public library is free. You don't pay for a subscription, you don't pay to borrow. Too many people I know had this assumption. Visit your local libraries and see for yourselves!

After 5 and a half wonderful years, I'm taking a hiatus from fostering. To date I've fostered 76 kittens, more than 55 being neonatal. Last year was particularly rough and during "second kitten season" I lost 5 kittens total. I need a break. This won't be forever and I WILL be back to foster again!

Living that happy life, eyesight be damned! I'm going to be so sad when I take these little loves back to the shelter to be put up for adoption together 🥲
