👋 I’m Tim Lynch and I am Exploring all things change related. I have a love for technology and people so that is most of what will be here.
Leadership Illusion: "People aren't using AI." Reality: They are. They just aren't using yours. The modern BATNA is strong: Immediate value vs. Corporate friction. If you can't beat the "I'll just open #ChatGPT #Gemini #Claude" convenience factor, your rollout is already dead. #ChangeManagement #ai

I think we have run out of names.
What is #OPAL? Well, it depends on who you ask.
🔵 In Google, Opal (July 24, 2025) is a creative playground—an experimental no-code tool to build "AI mini-apps"
🟣 In Microsoft, Opal (November 18, 2025) is a worker bee—a newly launched AI agent in Microsoft 365

Not that #Google cared about my plans for today/tonight but #Gemini3 is rolling out to the world and with it #Antigravity I guess it is going to be putting #Chrome back in front and letting #Comet, #Atlas #Dia #Edge chill for a bit. #AI #changemanagment

After last week, it is clear that we can't plan how changes roll out to our users. Claude, Google, OpenAI, and Microsoft all rolled out changes and pushed those changes into enterprises regardless of whether they were ready or not. We need to develop Resilience for when the next #change come.

The Microsoft Work Trends Index has an interesting nugget; "employees are interrupted every 2 minutes...and it adds up to 275 interruptions a day" so when we think about piling more change - maybe can find ways to remove distractions? (www.microsoft.com/en-us/workla...) #changemanagement

AI seems to be splitting in two: tools for efficiency, and tools for imagination. One helps us optimize the familiar. The other helps us invent the future. We need both—but don’t sleep on the second one. I explain more in this short video.

💡 Just dropped a chart comparing daily visits across popular AI chatbots.
🔹 ChatGPT: 71M+
🔹 DeepSeek & Grok: 16.5M
🔹 Copilot: 2.4M and rising
But honestly? Usage stats are fun—but real wins come from people experimenting and reshaping how work happens That’s the shift.
