Prepping things to build the ReSDMAC (DMAC02) replacements over the coming weeks. This is a plug in replacement for A3000's DMAC02 chip and is the equivalent of the DMAC04 Chip. This one works with accelerators running 68068's @50+ MHz like the A3660 & BFG9060
