Honestly I really like this idea, specifically where the not talking thing is only while he's Batman. Bruce Wayne definitely talks. A lot. So much so that even if people do figure out Batman is an actual person nobody would expect Bruce "Yaps-A-Lot" Wayne to be silent long enough to be Batman.
