I use the notes app on my phone to track all my media, I do not track it properly anywhere else! I’ve been doing it since pre-covid so the habit it too ingrained now lol

I had them checked on October and they were fine - I actually think it was Covid that ruined my immune system because I used to get sick maybe twice a year and in the last couple of years I get sick probably six+ times, so I want to work with a doctor to see if there’s anything I can do! You too ❤️
