there's a handful more too, like the slice sprites, and this scrungled version of freya, as well as her holding a stopwatch! most of them are just variations or frames part of a sequence or text, so they're not worth posting, but enjoy these other ones!

As long as ya stick to stuff you can do on your own, you really could make an independent project, even if it's a bit tough and scary. I feel like there's stuff ya could do that would barely require ya to hire many if any other people. Art wise you're totally covered yo!

Plus, if y'all really needed other 9-5 jobs, they'd probably be way less stressful in places like that.

Not to mention, if ya really wanted to do somethin' like a kickstarter for a solo project or somethin', I honestly always thought you would be in a way better position to do so than I was ^^;

In a lower cost of living state, even if your freelance, commission, and independant work doesnt make crazy amounts of money, bills, food, and rent should also be way less. Usually 75-50% of what it'd cost in a big city, maybe more depending on which one.

Between two people, it's much more feasible

While it would be nice to have more gigs and jobs in our field in person like the old days, even when we do land them they're incredibly unstable. If i actually moved out to work for Wayforward when i was working for them, I'd be stuck in a high cost of living part of cali with no work

if ya want my opinion, I'd suggest to move to a more rural low-cost of living state and focus on your independent work. While there's little to no in person jobs in your area in places like those, you can more comfortably do remote, freelance, independent, or even just focus on streaming there.
