I wish I was more adaptable to running later in the day. Look at this weather now! 0°c and glorious sunshine.. how much nicer would that have been, instead of freezing my ass off in minus degrees in the dark 🙄

Definitely don't have that problem round here.. this was end of October early morning; cloudy so no stars, but you can see the extent of light pollution where I am (none 😋)

So... my pain is *just* outside that taped area.
Are you supposed to put the tape like you have, over the centre of the foot / arch, or actually cover the bit that hurts?
