A dear friend was just called by his boss at the Addiction facility where he works. As of 4-1 ALL federal funds to recovery New Jersey have been eliminated. Immediately.
55% of their operation hinges on that funding. He is likely out of a job and New Jersey is out of recovery.

Well, I just got the surprise revelation that even though I am paying more than $700 PER MONTH out of my paycheck for our health insurance as of January 31st 2025 MOST routine labs/bloodwork are no longer covered.
Let that sink in.
