Best intentions - go to bed early(ish) to get the recommended amount of sleep before this last work day. Outcome - woke at 4a after just 6 hours and failed to get back to sleep because my brain thinks too much and thought that was enough.

It is hard to get extremely bothered about TFG when the local news has a woman setting her house on fire with her kids in it confessing that she wanted to give them a better place along with herself, but she didn't stay, and the 12-yo died days afterward. This world bites. this is just fucked up.
