Gyro aiming should be the answer to helping bridge that gap, but setting it up to feel good is always a hassle. I caught some of you trying to make it work in Deadlock and it's just not convenient.

I have recommendations for both. Surge 2 is much more about group management and focusing a specific limb, and Lies of P is all about dodges, Sekiro style deflects, and tool use

In the open world I was just following people with no clue where we were going or why, but then on boss fights I would hard carry since I've fought almost all of these bosses before or have seen some variation of their kit.

I relate to this because I had this exact feeling trying out Nightreign recently, and it's made me hold off on playing more honestly

I get that feeling, but it's almost always way easier than you're expecting. You can hop into casual matches to warm back up, and I bet by the end of the first night you'll feel like 70% back

I bounced off Cult of the Lamb really hard. The combat feels pretty bland and the town building part did nothing to hook me

More things need to use fighting game stylization, or just make a fighting game adaptation. Can't wait for the Avatar fighting game that's coming out soon

True but it's nothing like what's happening to RAM pricing. SSDs are back to the price they were a year or two ago, but RAM is straight up unaffordable
